Health Guarantee

This puppy is guaranteed to be of sound health at the time of the sale.  The breeder will provide a health record of all shots and a veterinarian exam.  He/she has received time sensitive de-worming treatments on a regular basis.  It is recommended the puppy not be taken into public areas until ALL vaccinations are completed since exposure to Parvo and other contagious illnesses could be fatal.  To be fully vaccinated, your puppy will need to continue the age-appropriate recommended vaccination protocol by a licensed vet in order to shield the puppy from dangerous and potentially deadly illnesses.  Failure to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian to provide these timely required immunizations/vaccinations and medical treatment will void this health guarantee.  Dehydration, diarrhea, hypoglycemia, coccidia, internal and external parasites, giardia, fungal infections, or any other preventable conditions are not covered.

It is suggested but not required that your puppy be examined by a licensed veterinarian for any pre-existing, life threatening illnesses or genetic abnormalities.  A three day illness warranty is given at the time of the sale.  We provide a one (1) year health guarantee for life-threatening health issues (valid until the puppy's first birthday).  Illnesses must be documented in writing by a licensed vet within 72 hours.  The puppy must be returned within 24 hours of diagnosis and it is required that the veterinarian provide a written statement and copies of the complete medical history for the warranty to be honored.  A puppy of equal value will be offered to satisfy the warranty. No payment value. 

The Breeder is not responsible for the cost of any veterinarian fees such as checkups, medications, procedures, or cost of payment collection after the sale.  The puppy is sold as a pet.  No guarantee is made in regard to size, color, conformation, breeding ability, personality and temperament, or ability to train.
